I hate you fedex! I hate you so much!

    Fedex just screwed up my order and I ordered new MBA for myself to be delivered today by 10:30 am. It was overnight and priority shipping. Guess what. Fed EX missed the time frame and never came today. Their excuse was weather blah blah. The package is coming from PA and there is not WEATHER ISSUE ANYWHERE! O god. I am pissed. Now it will be delivered tomorrow, but I won't be home and no one will be home tomorrow morning. So, I will get it on Friday morning. That's not overnight shipping anyway. Sounds more like ground shipping to me. I hate you, fed Ex. Thanks for ruining about MBA.

    That is no good. Sorry to hear that. You can leave a note to have it delivered to a neighbor.

    Contact apple, I think you can get the overnight shipping charge refunded. small help but still....

    you deserve a credit if you paid for next day shipping but man...with all the issues in world this seems pretty trivial....relax and enjoy the other parts of your life

    the weather issues could be coming from out of state ... But do leave a note to deliver to the neighbours if you will not be home.

    sorry for the disappointment ... it is FedEx's busiest week of the year.

    I remember the days when you had to do a paper order, by mail, out of a catalog and it would take weeks to get to ya. We all have become very spoiled with the invention of Fedex, and ordering online.

    I had a similar problem. I was supposed to get the delivery at 10: 30 am and they didn't show up either. I called FedEX and gave them my tracking number, they gave me the same line - weather and such. I then read them the riot act because according to their website my package was already in town at their processing center. I told them the weather was a bogus excuse. They then told me that the driver decided that he couldn't deliver everything before quitting time so he didn't bother. So he basically drove around town with my Air in his truck and then took it back to the processing center. I had to go to there to pick it up.

    I wouldn't believe the weather as an excuse because that's all it is. You should get your money back.

    Apple picks FEDEX because you have to sign and it's more secure. But the drivers don't have to deliver when promised and there doesn't seem to be any consequence to their actions. FEDEX does nothing about their lousy drivers.

    You know, I get really irked by who don't take into account HOW BUSY FedEx or other shipping companies and retailers in general are during this time of year.

    When I used to work for Apple retail, I learned how much ******** customer service and retail workers have to put up with. Mistakes/unforeseen occurrences unfortunately DO happen, that's why we are human and/or how mother nature works.

    And don't be quick to blow off retail workers as "losers who won't get anywhere with their minimum wage jobs." At least for me I ended up getting into medical school :D

    Fed ex is my new enemy. I hate them.

    I did not say nothing about retail workers. Nor I did say anything about apple employees. Fedex is busy yes, but I paid money for my service to get on time. If we are all going to go easy on them, then it's not a business anymore. Things need to be get done on time and customers have right to complain.

    Thanks. But, I am sure everyone will cry just as much as I am for not receiving their 1000 dollars worth of laptop on time.

    Complain that Apple doesn't have enough retail stores so that you wouldn't have to pay for shipping:p. We have 6 locally but they still don't carry everything.

    I did have to order the damn iMac vesa mounts that I FedEx would not deliver. Said delivery @ 3pm, they never show up here before 4 and they came at 10am. I signed the card they left so they would leave it next time, nope the delivery guy posted another fail to deliver card directly beside the signed one. You can only pickup at fedex within a 30-45min window before they close and theres always 30+ people in line, so they close before most people receive their packages..... I do fill your pain when I do have to order from them.
