i have an unlock/jailbreak ?

i recently got an iphone and used winpwn to unlock/jailbreak it and i have cincinnati bell(sim card). when i use the at&t sim card that came with it goes to the main screen and everything works. except phone and messaging of course. so when i put the cincinnati bell sim card in it goes to the emergency call screen, it calls any number but cant go to the main menu. it says it needs to be activated but idk how to do it, can someone help me activate it

you need to reset one of the folders by SSH into it. I forgot the name and path to the folder. Try googling exact error message as shown on your phone, and it should lead you to the right place.

The first gen iphone can be unlocked at anytime on any firmware, they are currently all vulnerable. So I would do a restore, and then either rejailbreak it using quickpwn or pwnage tool. I bet that will fix your problem. Make sure when it asks you if you are on an official carrier you click "no". 😀
