Developers have to restore through iTunes to get the App Store. Even if you have the gm build, you still must restore to get it.

They added the App Store late so you must have updated to quick. Restore it and it will be there.

Are there special steps to retores? Or am I just plugging it into itunes and drag the ipsw file?

It's probably best to let iTunes download the ipsw to ensure that you get the latest one. Assuming that it works like an iPhone, then just click on Restore without holding Option.

Either works but letting iTunes do the restore shouldn't....fail! Shouldn't!!
