Hi,

I have just purchased over $5000 of apple products including an imac and ipad. One of the main reasons was the promise of phone support to help me set it all up.

On phoning the support number I was told all of my products were outside the range of dates forecast for sale and therefore I couldnt get support:mad::mad::mad::mad: This is despsite having my receipt with purchase date on.

There is a process to rectify this but guess what I cant do it now because its a weekend and it may take some time.

I am so frustrated that apple dont have a system where they can verify when and where i purchased my products. I now have to call back in the week and fax receipts for each of the products before being allowed access to the service:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I am able to make a complaint about this however apparently no one will get back to me:confused::confused::confused:

where is the customer service here? apple you suck:(
