So i get this iphone 5 from someone and they tell me they have not a clue whats wrong with it or how to fix it....me either. i never saw anything like this, any help?? and the screen isnt cracked thats just apart of that error message

Did you purchase it used? Seems like a faulty replacement screen.

that looks like it may be software related, if it isnt the screen being faulty. try restoring it.
