iPhone i have no photos saved on phone yet...

see the picture, says i have about 300megs of photos on my phone? once i take a pic, i upload it to our cloud photos and delete that copy of it. leaving zero photos on my phone. and yes the album 'deleted photos' is empty. i need this space, help!

Do a hard reboot and the memory will update.
