I have NOD32 on my mac.. Is it neccessary?

    I have nod32 cyber security on my mac do you guys think its neccassary?

    no.

    AV on Mac is known to cause more problems than being helpful. there currently are no viruses that can affect your Mac !

    if it makes you feel better, get the least intrusive ClamXav and only if you regularly exchange files with winsloth users (lest you unwittingly pass an infected file along).

    yeah i guess so i think its even making my mac slow.
