Another thing is when I install windows vista or xp could I used the windows like I have just windows " I mean I could use all program suitable with windows, like office, real player"

Also, I need another thing that help me about parallels.

xp is way better than vista specially when you are running alot of software.they tends to run poorly on vista and don't work at all.

Dual-booting Vista isn't too bad, but you'd need a beast of a machine to be able to virtualize it properly, and I don't really see any need to upgrade at the moment. Well, downgrade really. I just upgraded from Vista to XP and am really enjoying the performance improvements.

So, I can upgrade from vista to xp, because I want to install vista in the first time, if I don't like it I will upgraded to xp>>

Thanks a lot.

That would be a downgrade and Windows won't let you do that 🙁 You can always install both Windows on two different partitions.
