And I would like to host them in Canada so I could save money on hosting.

I have two blogs which is not targeting any particular country.

And my business website which ends in .CA which I would like to target Canada.

Would moving from the states to a Canadian servers affect my seo in a bad way?

I want to host these three sites together with a Canadian host as I am tired of paying high American prices to host my sites. I am hosting with Bluehost and when I try to download my sites there server just times out so it is hard for me to transfer my files myself.

That's the first thing you need to remedy. Your problem is that Bluehost is yet another hosting provider that is owned by Endurance International Group (EIG).

Use this link as a guide, and be sure to choose someone that is not on it!

Given that your domain is .ca and you're targeting Canadian visitors, it could only help your SEO, just so long as the resources available at your new host are similar or better than on your old host, but you won't know about the resources entirely until you've moved over unless you're getting yourself a dedicated box.
