I have Two problems with my MacBook Pro?

Problem 1: I find that the Magic Mouse Pointer (cursor) is to small? My Mac Book Pro is a 15 inch model that runs the latest fully updated OS (Tahoe). I cannot find in the settings menu any way to increase the size of the cursor? My eye sight is fairly good but I struggle sometimes to find the pointer, any advice would be helpful?
Problem 2: I cannot create an account with the App Store, I fill in all the information I am asked for, but when I try to register the account, I get a message saying " the account cannot be registered at this time, please try again later", there is no explanation of the problem? Again any advice would be welcome!

1) When you have trouble seeing the cursor, move the mouse side to side rapidly several times and the pointer will enlarge so that you can see it.

2) Unless you have two separate Apple accounts on your Mac, your App Store account should be the same login information as your main Apple ID.

There is no 15" MacBook Pro that runs macOS 26. Did you use some hack to install it?

No! I never do anything that would be suspect or illegal. This Mac Book Pro is a 2021 model (refurbished), It may be a 17 inch, I am not really sure about the size?

chrfr: I went to Apple/system/displays, But there is no Pointer menu anywhere on that setting, even after scrolling down and clicking on the Advanced menu option?

Apple-Robert: Moving the mouse rapidly from side to side does make the pointer bigger, but as soon as I move the mouse again, the pointer reverts to the small size again?
I will try again with your App Store advice, I will let you know what happens!

Go into system settings and accessibility, display and scroll down. You can increase the size of the pointer from there as well as change the color.
