I remember last year it took me 3 hours just to get my phone activated, due to everyone trying to activate their own. Now with twice as many iPhone 5 preorders sold I hope they have bought more activation server space.
 
Doubt it. That means spending money and something AT&T won't do until they charge you a higher activation fee. :)

If my phone doesn't activate on the first try I will be calling AT&T and have them remove the rape charge i mean activation fee. No sense in paying $36 when you will have trouble activating.
