I installed iblacklist and now phone wont turn on

i just got done jailbreaking and getting it all set up and installed iblacklist it installed fine then told me to restart phone. I did and now it hangs at the apple logo. What to do next just restore and jailbreak again?

Did you try rebooting the phone again ?

Mine stays on the Apple logo for several minutes before finally booting up successfully.

How long has your phone stayed on the Apple logo?

I have iblacklist and I am still occassionally getting calls from numbers on active l

I have several numbers on the active blacklist and I am still getting calls from those phone numbers occassionally. What am I doing wrong? How do I get those numbers on the active blacklist to not ring in?
