so i have download Gfxcardstatus,i switched the settings from dynamic switching to integrated only,is it okay?and which type of situation do i need to use the discrete only?

You will know when to enable the Discrete GPU if performance is slow, choppy etc. that would be when. Some examples would be playing video games, graphic editting, and video editting. The Intel 3000 HD is capable of doing the majority of tasks on OSX though. I generally never enable the Discrete GPU when I'm mobile on the go without a power source, use Safari too you get more battery life with it versus Firefox or Chrome.

Okay, pls correct me,do i have to use the battery till it is low then charged it to full?or like ard 30 something percent then charge it to full?

Read the link above about the battery, you can find the same document in Japanese on the Japanese Apple site (apple.co.jp).
In short, modern batteries last longer if you use them, but it does not matter if you go down to 20% or 80%, just relax and use the battery sometimes. In other words do not only use the power adapter for long periods of time (always).
:apple::cool: The modern batteries are really much better than they were before, in 2007 or so. Mine still has 99% capacity after 2 years of use, and it lasts about 6-7 hours depending on usage.

In OSX never unless you attach an external monitor or porjektor or something. These won't work unless you switch to Auto or dGPU only. At least I don't do anything in OSX that really requires a strong GPU. Only Games, rendering or some heavy Adobe CS will benefit from the dGPU for everything else it is just a waste of power.

No, you can recharge it at any time. Before continuing with questions, why not take a few minutes to read the Apple Notebook Battery FAQ that was posted twice earlier in this thread. It really will answer most, if not all, of your battery questions.

Yes you will have to do that or else you Mac will explode!

You keep asking questions that people already gave you links with information. Go and read it and stop repeating yourself. Why do you have to selectively read people's post.
