I accidently erased my Windows partition (not the actual partition, but the content) in Disk utility. Is there a way to undo that or am I screwed?

Unless you have a backup with something like WinClone, it's time to whip out the old Windows CD and reinstall. :(

You may search google for some software which recovers deleted partitions and files. This could help at least with some important files...

I wonder if Onyx or Drive Genius would help...

    Linux Livecd may help

    Hello,

You may use a live cd and some linux tomfoolery to recover some data but... don't have much hope.

Did the partition get reformated? Good luck. Here's a starting point

I am pretty sure there are linux tools to do what you are trying to do, but I'm at a loss when it comes to naming them.

    Good luck,
    PS: Buy flowers.
