Some of the responses in this thread are less than reputable.... for either side.
Some of those who are putting up the front of "holier than thou" are actually being worse then the person they seek to chastise....
Anyways, legally, if the OP wasn't making a joke, that does fly with FedEx, so this shouldn't be an issue. The original person with the issue will be taken care of, rest assured.
The fact that some people are so upset over this is rather amusing; these kind of errors happen daily for many items, not just iPads. I personally find that the OP's joke was not in bad taste. This is life, things happen, get over it. 😀
