I just got an awesome offer!

So I was at a T-shirt making place today picking up an order and happened to comment on their assortment of G4s. The guy told me that they were upgrading soon and would be happy to get rid of their old machines. Guess what? I'll be getting quite a few G4s on my hands soon! What a deal!

hey, I picked up 4 G4's with no harddrives... 2 with no graphic cards either... anyhoo, now on ebay =)

I have to say it's really a great deal. I'm still in the dark a bit as to what shape they'll be in, but from what I can tell, they're in great shape. I saw two iMac G4s (17" too) as well as two PowerMac G4s and who knows what else they have around. I love the G4 designs, they're just fantastic, I can't believe my luck. The guy was really nice, he even had an old Macintosh SE (but that wasn't being disposed of). Boy I made out like a bandit (or will, that is)!

Paying? Not a lot, they were just going to throw them away as far as I what he told me. I might pay 'em a little for the trouble.

Oh, I think I'll keep them around for a while, but I might be tempted to sell... just don't get your hopes up 😀
