iPad mini I just got an original iPad mini... should I upgrade to iOS8?

right now it is at 7.xx and it is working fine. would the upgrade slow it down?

If it was me, I wouldn't bother upgrading. A5 processor machines with 512MB of RAM seem to hit that upper floor limit with iOS8.

8.3 runs pretty nicely, but unless you really need the update I'd stay put 🙂

I'm running 8 on an original iPad Mini, and I have no complaints. I've noticed no decrease in performance.
