I Just Got My New Macbook Pro

i just got one 3-4 weeks ago

HOLY ****! DUDE! You can use the Macbook and another Monitor as a dual monitor also!? WTF?!?! HOW DOES THAT WORK? DID YOU BUY ANYTHING EXTRA TO GET THAT TO WORK?

it comes with a dvi to vga plug.
now just turn on your second display and connect it to your laptop.

easy as pie.
it says it in the technical specs
i mean this is a "pro" model 😛

I didn't think an extra zero would change anything.

As for 2 GB, you're right, I got confused by them separating the memory into 2 1GB items.

lol Teddman, by that time, some new or updated MBP will be out. Good things come to people who wait, so don't feel too sad yet haha
 
Congrats! I got mine on Jan 4th. This is my first Mac, it's very hard for me to use any of my other machines now 😀

In fact I have a brand new IBM T-61 (home/work machine) collecting dust! Oh well I could always use it as a bookend.
