I just got semi jailbreak on 4.0.2

I just restored my iphone to 4.0.2 and my back up and when it finished it shows the numerical wifi and work instead of the time, how did this happen

Some settings (like the numerical signal strength indicator) will be retained when you restore from a backup.
 
Thats not a semi-JB.
Just some things that carrier over from your JB backup after you restored to it with 4.0.2
