I just jailbroke.....

Now I connected it to itunes and it wants to know:

Set up as new phone
or
restore from backup of my iphone

What do I do?

totally, i hate resetting all my emails and notes and contacts

op: a restore wont mess up the jailbreak if thats what youre concerned about
 
If you used pwnage tool to jailbreak, you need to use expert setting in pwnage and make sure you tick the activate switch. Also setting the slider to around 1000mb would be a good idea to. Then restore for the new ispw you created. This will work.

Actually, you need to UNcheck it, if you have AT&T. Or else your iPhone won't activate properly. 🙂
