And with the full aspects, it will be available in 10 days at the Apple store.

I wanted it so bad. I wan to run VJ applications, it seem I will be doing visuals at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami and I need a new computer because the led displays are super high resolution and I need to run visuals in HD.

For that I need a very fast drive and a lot of video ram. The software I am using is Modul8.

And I want to install Traktor DJ.

Right now I am typing in a 2007 17" Mac Book Pro and I still have a 12" Powerbook from 2004! up and running. But both computers are slow for what I need. Back then using videos at 320 x 240 was fine because the resolution of the screen were very low, but no today.

Any way. I will have 2 iPads connected, one to run Modul8 and another one for a 2nd back up application in case one computer fails or to have a second video signal for mixing.

Yeah a new rMBP 2015, the top tier, 2.8GHZ would be more than enough to do what you need to do. Enjoy the upgrade! :)
