iPad I just placed my iPad Air 2 order. Post your shipping estimates!

I just ordered that model and it says 2-4 days. estimated arrival is later though at 10/31-11/4
P.S I did order engraving for it too though so that may account for the additional delivery time...
Just noticed that the charger provided with the iPad Air 2 is a 10W charger and not the 12W charger that got shipped with the original iPad Air.
Has anyone else noticed this or get anything differnet?
UPDATE: The 10W Charger is what should be included. The iPad Air 2 page states:"iPad Air 2 and iPad Air come with a 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad mini 3 and iPad mini 2 come with a 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad mini comes with a 5W USB Power Adapter. If you need to purchase an additional adapter, choose the 12W adapter because it can charge all iPad models."
Why would they drop the charger from the 12W to the 10W?
Has anyone else noticed this or get anything differnet?

I saw that in the iPad FAQ on Apple's site. I was thinking it was a typo since it seemed like such an odd change for them to make. Even more so since the 12W version is still the one you get if you buy the charger separately.
I have a departure scan from Ontario, California via UPS ground for my 64gb space gray wifi. Now, I often order things from Newegg, which also come from the Ontario UPS hub, and they only take two days to get here, which should indicate a Thursday delivery, but they're saying Friday.
Well, I guess I'll have to see when it hits Roseburg for better timing.

Yes, I think so. But the biggest problem is Apple ignoring the issue.
Was just getting ready to shut down computer and saw the email it's shipped with an expected delivery of the 23rd (ipad air 2 - space grey - 64gb - wifi only) although looking at the tracking history for smart cover (first image) with the air (obviously one that doesn't show it's delivered) it looks like it will be on schedule to be delivered this morning!

Since mine is now in UPS' hands I'm hoping for the slight chance it starts moving and gets to NY with enough time to go out for delivery
Yep. I'm ready to call Apple tomorrow and ask what's the deal. People overseas getting them already but no sign for us on if and when.
Correct. My 17th pre-order still says "Processing items", though my window remains 24th through 28th.
The only way Apple's going to make that window is if the Cellular models are already in the US rather than being shipped from China as-was the case with the iPhone 6, even-so it's unlikely I'd get mine before next week, so my money's on the 27th.
Guys getting LTE just relax. Remember with iphone many people with 128 thought they were not gonna get the phone and sure enough most promised sept 19th got it sept 19th.
My guess is they are just working on wifi models now. Sometime on 22-23rd most of our LTE's will ship (most likely from a local USA location) with 24th delivery.
If there was a delay I would expect the shipping estimate on Apple.com to be longer (it's still 2-4 B Days). I don't think Apple would keep promising a date they knew they couldn't fulfill.
Stay calm folks. No need to get an ulcer about something you can't control.

Ok I ordered a 64g LTE version too. (Was going to wait for confirmation on 2g but caved).
I was given 'avaliable to ship 2-4 business days'. With delivery 23rd-27th.
Friday was a business day but since it was the middle of the day I don't count it. So my iPad should ship Tues-Thurs.
Obviously it didn't ship Tues. since it's still 'processing'. But according to the days and times on my order Apple has until Thursday to ship it before it slips.
If it ships today (Wed) I will get it Friday (not looking likely at this point). If it doesn't ship until Thurs. it will be Monday delivery.
All I'm saying is that it's still within the time frame I was given. Now, if it's still 'processing' Thursday, I'll start calling.
