I've seen those commercials. It never struck me as being disturbing or offensive. All it does is remind me that I'm watching something that other older men are watching (according to the ad agencies).

I this ad is more disturbing than the viagra ad.
 
Personally, I find ads glamorizing drinking, promoting horrendous eating habits, showing violent movies or video games, or perpetuating stereotypes to be much more disturbing than these ads.

Perhaps there should be limits on the stations these are shown (my kids watch Disney channel fairly often and I've never seen it there), but I don't think they're generally offensive.
 
Especially when he comments "That's really some good stuff. Your mom loves it when I use it."
Even more so when it's followed by "in fact [looks down], hot damn, it seems I'm ready for her. You might want to turn up your iPod for a while."

I'm never going home again. And I wish Dad would stop walking around in only his boxers.
