Sadly Apple will not fix any issue if there is any indication that the computer got wet. Not matter if the issue has nothing to do with water damage. Your power supply could start on fire and Apple would try and say it was because you spilled water on the keyboard.

If you just bought the Apple care and have not registered it you may be in luck. There are some web pages out there showing where the water sensors are inside the computer. I would check these before registering your Apple care to make sure they did not get wet. You can get into the computer to check these with out too much work.

However!!!!!! i do believe you get what you give.. people that go around screwing others like this will no doubt eventually get screwed themselves.

Karma is only your interpretation of how the universe should work.

This guy will probably win the lottery in a few days while some church going kid gets hit by a bus on the way to sunday school.

Such is life.

I think apple should design their laptops to be as durable or almost as durable as Levanos and have a complete accidental coverage option.
