It would be nice to even know WHY they are unavailable right now. Does anyone else think it's odd that Apple's website says..."White iPhone CURRENTLY Unavailable for Pre-order or In-store pickup," rather than "White iPhone NOT Available for Pre-order.... ?" Does anyone think this means it will be within the day or week?

I called an apple store and the rep told me that she thought it was to help lower the amount of traffic. She said it was only a guess though.
