What operating system are you running? What software do you have installed? To whom have you given access to your computer?i turned my pc on twice today and someone else was controlling it infront of me

I'm guessing that OP's issue has been resolved, since it has been more than 2 years since that was posted. As far as someone taking over a Mac remotely without the users permission, in over five years of reading "my Mac was hacked!" claims, not a single one ever was. You don't need to disable Internet connection or wireless to prevent someone from gaining unauthorized access to your Mac.I'm aware of that, I'm pretty sure the op would know if someone was plugged directly into his computer and controlling it though. All I'm trying to say is that if the computer has cut off any possible contact with the internet any other device, and the issue still persists, then it's obviously an issue with the trackpad or something rather than someone controlling the computer.
