I keep hanging up my iPhone 4

Whenever I'm talking on my phone and I use my shoulder to hold the phone up to my face it seems to lose contact and light up and then I'll move a little bit and hang it up. Before I get a lot of responses that say "just hold onto it with your hand", I never had this problem with my last two older gen phones. Anybody else having this problem?

It is a proximity sensor issue. Software update is expected to be released to resolve it.

In the meantime, you can always try doing a restore from backup too. I know some people have had some success when doing that.

Updating to 4.2 fixed mine finally.
