You could always order and cancel if you don't like the wait time, but unfortunately they still seem to be taking the estimated time frame. The Google.doc is a good place to get an idea of progress:

Ordered mine on January 26th and as of today, it's still processing.

I ordered mine three weeks ago tomorrow and it just went to preparing today. I would say the 3-4 weeks is pretty accurate.
