Ah, thanks for the explanation...and may I offer my congratulations on coming out okay as well. Spinal surgery...wow...

Glad to hear it, iGary. I'm also glad that none of your fears were realized.

Did you hit on anyone while out of it? Did anyone hit on you? ;)
 
Congrats!

A close friend of mine had "emergency" Back surgery 2 says ago. he lost mostly all feeling in his right leg. He is in serious back pain now, but is getting better!

Glad to hear you are back, and will soon be taking pictures again!

I knew we could rebuild you, we have the technology.

So...uh...I'm guessing thats 7am to 7pm...or did they reset your clock while they were in there to make it look they were really quick?

Wow. Spinal Surgury huh? Crazy. What for?

My dad had to have a spinal tap not too long ago. He was a druggie. Too much LSD. He had to get it out 'cause he kept having flashbacks.

at first i thought you were referring to digestion time of fast food and being happy to survive it. :eek: what can i say, it's been a rough few days here. but hey, i still consider myself lucky - i remember that when i feel compelled to whine about back pain. :eek:

glad to hear you made it through ok iGary! :)
 
12 hours and out

That's really good to hear iGary, hope the recovery's as rapid. I go in to the hospital in the morning. Just a first stage evaluation after having an MRI on Monday last. But no knives for me this time (I hope)

Well, not sure about the details, but congratulations, and good recovery :)

(NB: this "in at 7:00 out at 7:00" reminds me of an episode of the first season of X-Files, where Mulders is in his car, all breaks down, then starts again - but his watch is acting weird, because he was ABDUCTED :eek: -. Any chance they beamed you up to outer-space for the surgery? My, if the little Roswell-monkeys can fly light-years, they should do miracle in surgery...)
