I lost all my apps after a restore. HELP

As stated I lost every app I had on my device. Help with getting em back.

Just login to your iTunes account. Previous purchases will show up free to download from the app store.

There are two ways. If you backed up before you restored, you should be able to sync up via iTunes (this method is faster). Another way is to log into your acc. on your phone, go to Purchased, and re-download.
