Can anyone think of why we love to visit Macrumors website every now and then ?

For me, I love the forums part, because:

    1. There are group army of Apple lovers (me+you) and group of Apple wannabe that always arguing with the concepts of belief. At the end, we always give the best shot what they asked.

    2. We never bored to read the same thread over and over again.

    3. We love to share good things owning an Apple products. Sometimes

    4. We are always anticipating with 'what's next' of Apple products.

    5. Sometimes we fear 'what if' our Apple products 'goes this and that' ,and

    6. We like to help each other, putting bits and pieces together and at the end, solution comes at handy

Many of these things are there on other Mac sites. What is it about MR that specifically appeals to you?

For me it's the eclectic group of people and sense of community.

I also have a fetish for female British Mac users. :D

i guess the main difference between this site and others is the amount of people that come here everyday

Can't say we noticed, but now that you mention it... :p

The format appeals to me. It's simple here, I like that.

The biggest reason though is the people. ;)

I read MR forums a bit before deciding to join. You guys are a pretty interesting and fun lot. I'm happy to be a member of the community, hopefully offering something useful from time to time.

Thanks for the helpful and friendly environment (most of the time) ;) :D

It's because of the bustling nature of the forum why I come here more than any other forum. But it's not full of morons like other places.

A great forum with some fantastic people.

Great people and even better rules and moderation. Too many sites either under or over police. MR does it just right!

Right on. I spent some time in and out of some other Mac forums, and this is one of the best managed ones.
