I made an alias for my icloud account, but...

I'm not receiving mail at that address. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Just to confirm, you went to this screen in Mail settings at iCloud.com and setup and alias like in my screenshot? Make sure the box I marked is unchecked.

With it setup like that mail to your alias should appear in your main iCloud email account.
