It has to be hard worrying whether your bag makes you look manly. Since you never told us what kind of bag you want, backpack messenger bag, briefcase, etc., just google and get one you like the looks of.

Look into the DODOBag. Kind of pricey ($80) but it will probably work for you.

Look at water field bags (sfbags.com). They are expensive, but by far one of the best built bag (and some of the nicest people), you will ever use.

On a side note, has anyone found a good bag that has separate padded comparments for an iPad and Air?

I have an Ogio P9. It is a "laptop backpack."

You could easily fit the iPad and Air in the compartments.

your profile indicates you live in NYC. So if you hop around the city often like myself you may want a comfortable backpack, but you did not state what type of bag. Also you should give us a price range and also if it will be used in a business environment. Tumi makes great reliable stuff but its a bit pricey (if you don't need a business appearance). Plus they have stores in NYC you can go see, feel, their stuff. I have a backpack from them that I love.

STM iPad Jacket. I've used the same one for iPad, 1,2, and new.
Holds ipad in a case, slot for phone, bigger zippered slot for small items - cables, earbuds, keys, and a back slot for papers.
grab handle and removable shoulder strap. very durable, good materials, quality stitching, and nylon, not cheap looking.

edit- sorry, may be too small, didn't see you had a speaker.

    Buy timbuk2

There are several styles and sizes to fit your every need. Take a look on their site, the freestyle is just enough to fit the iPad and the XS messenger is perfect for iPad plus a couple small things. Need more room, go bigger or check a different style.

Once you find what you like, buy it off amazon for 20-50$ cheaper.
