I had this problem, and if I remember, you have two options: You can use your computer restarts several times until, in Safe Mode, then you can undo what you did. The other option is to iOS 5.0.1 ipsw download for 4S Apple's website and order for the repair of your machine (if you press Shift restoration). I hope I helped!

Cool beans... I got my phone back! Thank you EWR for suggesting iFunbox. I used to access my file structure (specifically DynamicLibraries) and turn back on the processes I had turned off with SBS. Apparently, SBS just changes the name of the disabled process file (ie. xxx.dylib > xxx.disabled). So I changed them back, and all is well with the world.
