Ifixit is reputable and they use quality parts. But I prefer Apples OEM battery personally.

The replacement process isn't difficult, but I wouldn't want a third-party battery, not when an OEM one is $79. There are many crummy batteries on the market that puff up after a few months or lose charge. Even some brand new iPhone 8 have this problem.
