Hi everyone

I have a 2012 15 inch MBP that runs Citrix VERY well. However, it is too large (i'd like to go to 13 inches), heavy and the battery is bad. But still, it runs my Citrix work very well. I bought a 2018 Macbook Air which runs Citrix like shi** but it is nice and portable. The bottom line is I need a macbook that can run Citrix without issue. Does my Air run it so poorly because it is only dual-core while my MBP is quad-core? Should I get the new MBP with the M1 chip? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Idk. Im running citrix on a 2013 macbook air and it works great, as it does on my 2019 MBP. I don't think its the processor. Citrix doesn't even seem like it uses much processing power. I think it has something to do with your internet connection on the Air, maybe it is intermittent?

Can't be the internet connection because it works fine on my MBP. Right?

Btw, love the username. Great song.
