GarageBand? IT's on your mac now. Audacity can do this too.

.wav, .aiff, .mp3, .ogg, .FLAC, ... ?

Has MacUpdate or VersionTracker nothing to offer?

Audacity might help.

This is what you need: Join Together.

I have used this extensively to combine tracks. (My college had a few classes that had a lot of audio on CDs to listen to rather than one good mp3 file. Problem solved!)
