in iOS 9 I saved my important datas and passed in note (only with Touch ID)

After upgrading to 10, it requires pass I entered and I didnt enter any pass

I just locked it with my touch id, any help please

Yes it was like the passcode but also incorrect

Go to settings, notes, reset password.. use your apple id to reset your passwords
