Seriously? Does it stop you from using the device that you plugged in? I have never had an issue with any device that displays that when I plug it into my phone. Don't worry about it, live life and enjoy your phone.

Something else may be causing your battery to die quickly. Have never once had a problem with it not being "optimized".
