I have an iphone6 (standard) and I have had a problem since I got it. I have updated it to the latest version. And have problems with the iPhone locating its exact location. It will know it when wifi is switched on but when I use my internet location and try use it as a navigator it keeps coming up with the location as searching. It doesn't locate on any other apps. I've contacted apple support they have told me to reset my internet settings and also restore my phone and I have done it all and still nothing.

I'm not sure what you mean by internet location. Your phone should be using GPS as it's primary method for location services. Does your phone have a good view of the sky?

You could reset location services: Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Location & Privacy
