mmalright, I was wanting to know what would be some good freeware/shareware (or relatively cheap software) I could get for making GIF animations. Well, all I'm really wanting to do right now is make a loop of 3 pictures in a slideshow, but I'd like to make animations as well. I don't have PS. So can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Ok, I tried using that GIFfun program, but when I make the GIFs, it makes the pictures look TERRIBLE! Is there a way to prevent this loss of quality?

^^ Short of using Adobe Image Ready...?

Just kidding. I've not used GIFfun, but I think the key might be to scale and crop all images to correct size before "giving" them to GIFfun... that, at least, helped with a similar application I used a long, long time ago...
