I need help with Toast Titanium 10 please

Up until recently I had no problem.
But now, every time I try to burn a dvd using toast, it tells me the following error message:
"The drive reported an error:
Sense Key = MEDIUM ERROR
Sense Code = 0x73, 0x03"
If anyone knows what this means, or even better, how to fix it, I would really appreciate it.

That error message brings up a lot of results:

maybe those can give you a hint, unless you tried all of them and it still doesn't work. If so, please be more specific on what you already tired.
