I was pretty disappointed when I found out that I was not able to put ring tones on my iphone at all. I mean an awesome machine such as the iphone can't be simply ringing like an ordinary cellphone! Haha, any thought orcomments on this subject?

you seriously dont think they will add a ringtone feature to the iPhone? come on.
give it time son.
im sure garageband will get an iphone share option (then you can simply drag your mp3 into it, cut it down and sync... or be original and make your own.)

I should clarify, I switched over from nextel which I had for two years and I never had any music tones on my phone, hence the reason why I was anticipating ring tones on my iphone so much. Like you guys say I guess they will come along sooner or later, lets hope for sooner. And a monkey would be nice haha. Right now my phone sounds like we are under attack ( alarm )
