i Need some help please (need to make a web form)

Hi i just seen a thread on the mac-forums and i need some help / advice.

i am writing a website but i am now stuck i need to make a web form but totally lost, i have heard that yabdab Formloom is a good program but i can only use the trial version, i only need to make one form, but don't really wanna pay just for a quick form.

however i have seen a form i really like and i copied the source but now i am stuck as i don't know where to start or end editing the source code. plus the submit button i would like that to send the form to my email address.

please could you help i would really appreciate it.


I would like to delete the two logos and the submit button to send to my email. would this be possible?

Are you trying to create a contact form where people could email you?

If you're on GoDaddy, I believe they offer a form builder. If not, there are free alternatives such as http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com where you are given many configuration options once it's installed.
