I need Tiger os disks!please!

I need some restore disks for my ibook g4, i have looked everywhere and i cant find anything,ANYWHERE! Could some one PLEASE shoot me in the right direction? My version is 10.4.11 with a 1.2 GHz powerPC G4, i will even pay someone for the disks!😀

why can't you just wipe the HD and install tiger from a retail disk?
