As per subject, my iPad warranty is about to run out in a few days but all apple stores are closed due to the covid-19, what should I do?

Not sure what you mean by claim, but if you're having a problem you want to address while the warranty is still in effect, my advice would be to call them, as was already suggested, and to follow that up with an email where you repeat the information and reference the telephone call you just made. That way, at least you have documentation that you made them aware of the problem within the warranty period.
