i need to jailbreak my ipod touch

i need help on jailbreaking my ipod touch, im not sure on what gereration i have i have a ipod touch 16GB,please help me i really need to jailbreak it and i need to know the most simplist way as i am not good with technology, LOL
 
Go to Settings>General>About and post the first TWO LETTERS of the model number. This will help find the generation of your iPod touch.
