iPod touch I need to verify iTouch

I need to verify iTouch model #MA623C to determine whether or not it is 1 gen or 2 gen. All help is greatly appreciated.
 
What's an i*****? I only know of iPod Touch. 😕

(I won't even type it in the name of sarcasm and/or comedy.)

Do you physically own it? If it has a square wifi signal on the back then its first.
