I Need your HELP My Final buying decission

Ok so here it is> i know the new macbook pro s will probably come out in january 08 but i need a computer now..

So here are my choices i cant afford a macbook pro but i can afford a 20 inch new imac.. i am 19 and a college student so i am sometimes away..


I can buy the new imac or i can get a macbook pro

the macbook pro with 1.83 core duo not core 2 duo and 80 hard drive and 128mg x 1600 ati for 1100 dollars

or 1200 for neew 20 ich imac but no portabilty

the bigg point is if i buy a laptop my parents said they will buy it from me so i could then buy a new macbook pro when they come out i that macbook pro i mention worth 11oo dollars

help me people
