I have 4 iphones6's on the same iCloud account but all of a sudden when one rings all the others ring with the same number but only when we are in the same house. How can I stop that

It's an option in "facetime" in the settings. Called "iPhone Cellular Calls".

When it is activated, it transfer calls to other Apple devices who use the same iCloud account. (Mac, iPad and I guess, other iPhones...wonder if it work on iPod Touch too.)

On a semi-related note, I highly suggest you use iCloud Family Sharing to manage your devices instead of reusing the same iCloud account for everyone.
